Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
Items that show signs of wear or damage will not be eligible for return.
Certain items such as innerwear and panties are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed for size or color issues, subject to availability.
If the requested size or color is not available, you may choose an alternative product or request store credit.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed after the returned item is inspected and approved by our quality team.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
In case of prepaid orders, shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
